Pete Letherman started his commercial real estate career in 1995, shortly after receiving his degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Licensed in both Indiana and Michigan, Pete specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and investment properties located in North central Indiana and Southwest Michigan. In 2000, Pete earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. In August of 2012 Pete became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, a leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Pete is a fourth generation Realtor and his sales transactions exceed one hundred million dollars.

Pete is passionately involved in the Sweet Pea Foundation, an organization he and his wife Suzanne founded in 2003 in the memory of their daughter Grace Elizabeth Letherman. The Sweet Pea Foundation supports organizations and charities that help sick children and their families. The nonprofit gives back 100% of its contributions. To date it has donated over 22,000 toys, 4,000 "Hugs from Grace", 11,550-plus books and hundreds of items sick children might find happiness in receiving.
